Cancelation/No-Show Policy  I ask that you kindly give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. My time is valuable. When there is a last minute cancelation or no-show I am unable to fill the spot reserved specifically for you. I understand that things come up. I offer a one time late cancelation or no-show warning. Clients who cancel within 48 hours of an appointment after their warning are subject to pay 50 percent of the scheduled service cost. Appointments that are canceled within one hour of the appointment or no showed may be liable for 100% of service cost. Confirmations: An automated text is sent out prior to your scheduled service. If I don't receive a text back confirming or canceling your appointment you may get a confirmation call or text. This call is made one business day before your appointment. Confirmation calls are intended to remind or confirm your appointment. If I am unable to reach you ,please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment and unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation. Service Satisfaction I want you leaving my salon happy and satisfied. If you are unhappy with your service, you will need to contact me within seven days after your appointment. I am happy to make modifications to any service.
