Cancelation/No-Show Policy  I ask that you kindly give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. My time is valuable. When there is a last minute cancelation or no-show I am unable to fill the spot reserved specifically for you. I understand that things come up. I offer a one time late cancelation or no-show warning. Clients who cancel within 48 hours or no-show an appointment after their warning are subject to pay 50 percent of the scheduled service cost. Confirmations: An automated text is sent out prior to your scheduled service. If I don't receive a text back confirming or canceling your appointment you may get a confirmation call or text. This call is made one business day before your appointment. Confirmation calls are intended to remind or confirm your appointment. If I am unable to reach you ,please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment and unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation. Service Satisfaction I want you leaving my salon happy and satisfied. If you are unhappy with your service, you will need to contact me within seven days after your appointment. I am happy to make modifications to any service.
